Information
The cottage is located in the picturesque surroundings of the Beskydy mountains in the village of Komorní Lhotka. You can make trips to the surroundings directly from the cottage, whether on foot, by car or by bike. There is also a water reservoir Zermanice, where you can go for a swim.
This is a mountain cottage, so if expect more comfort and you are demanding customers, the cottage is probably not the right place for you. The cottage itself has a small surrounding plot, but it is usually not a problem, because children can play outside the plot and most customers spend time exploring the surroundings. The cottage entrance is on a steep slope and the bedroom is only accessible via folding stairs, so the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are 2-3 parking lots available. Two parking lots are located in the front of the garage and the third lot in located on the slope below the cottage. The cottage is divided into two halves, you will have access to the whole half with a separate entrance. Your entrance is located on the back of the cottage (on the other side than the garage door).
On the ground floor there is an entrance and a toilet. This part of the cottage is not heated. You may store bikes or skis there.
On the first floor there is an area divided into a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is no need for heating up in the warmer months, but there is a fireplace and wood available, in case you are cold. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle) and it is possible to cook during your stay. There is enough space in the living room for 8 people to sit at the table and spend a good time together. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, where two people can sleep. The entrance to the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the nature, is also located in the living room. There is also a small grill on the terrace. Please be careful while moving on the terrace, because it has a rubber surface.
Folding stairs lead from the first floor to the attic, where the bedroom is located. This room is very often used during the day by children for whom it is an unusual experience. There are two large mattresses on each side. Two adults can comfortably sleep on one side and three children can comfortably sleep on the other one.
From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the mountains or stroll around and enjoy the beauty of the Beskydy mountains. Tips for trips accessible on foot: Chata Prašivá, Chata na Kotaři, Chata Ropička and others.
